Work Visa in Dubai can be obtained easily once you find a job. A candidate is required to have job offer and work visa in hand before he or she lands in Dubai. There are a few nationalities that do not require work visa in Dubai for 90 days, these are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. So, if you belong to any of these nations then you are free to obtain work visa within 90 days.
  4. Register for health and labour Cards: Along with the work visa any foreign national will also have to submit the medical records, passport copies, job offer letter, photos and visa application to the department of health and medical services in Dubai. One also needs to get blood test reports for diseases like Hepatitis C, Tuberculosis and HIV as at present UAE doesn’t allow foreign candidates to take up a job and reside in emirates with such diseases. Once this is done, the candidate will also need a labour card for which he needs to send photo of his passport, employment contract, entry visa, medical reports and copy of employer license of labour to the ministry of Labour in Dubai.
