Raise a concern

It is our constant endeavour to provide our customers with high standards of service. However, in the unlikely event of our services not meeting your expectations, we would like to hear from you. For speedy resolution of your complaints, it is important that your write to the correct email address as explained below.

Employer

If you are an employer who is using our services or looking to buy our services and if you have any complaints regarding our services, please email your complaints to cr@founditgulf.com. Normally, all complaints are attended to within 1 working day.

Seeker

If you are a jobseeker and if you have any complaint with relation to accessing your account or if you have any queries related to how Monster can help you in finding your next job, please email your complaint or query to info@founditgulf.com . All emails received will normally be responded to within 1 - 2 working days.

Services
If you are a jobseeker and if you purchased any of our premium services such as Resume Writing Service or Express Resume service or Career Astrology service and if you have any complaint with relation to the delivery of the service, you can email your complaint or query to jobseeker@founditgulf.com . All emails received will normally be responded to within 1 working day.

Escalation

If you have already written your complaint and if it is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate your complaint to our Customer Service Head. Please write to crhead@founditgulf.com to escalate the complaint and our Customer Service Head will personally look into all such complaints.
If your complaint is critical and in the absence of satisfactory response from us, you may write to our Head of Asia Pacific at ceo@founditgulf.com
