Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D renderings using Lumion, 3D Max, and SketchUp.
- Produce and edit videos with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Prepare base models using CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ensure realistic lighting, materials, and textures in renderings.
- Interpret architectural plans to create detailed visuals.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure design accuracy.
- Present design concepts and renderings to clients and team members.
- Solve technical issues related to rendering software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in 3D rendering and visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (Lumion, 3D Max, SketchUp).
- Strong video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona) is a plus.
- Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and textures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
