3D Visualizer-12 Months

The job holder will be responsible for developing designs, images, 2D & 3D visuals from the concept sketches prepared by Architects / Interior Designers. The job holder will also be responsible for utilizing the knowledge of software programs such as 3Ds Max, AutoCAD & Photoshop and Corona Renderer to prepare designs and visuals for the client approval. A good understanding of lighting and material mapping along with an eye for composition & attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the Designers to produce computerized versions of 3D models and visuals for presentations.

2. Creating both static visualizations and animations / CGI (computer-generated imagery) and assist with not only 3D requirements, but all presentation preparation, printing, etc.

3. Obtaining sketches or specifications from the Designer and translating them into detailed computerized models and visuals.

4. Completing and issuing the required visuals for presentations within stipulated time frame.

5. Utilizing knowledge of varied software programs like Auto CAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, SketchUP, V-Ray, Corona Renderer and Revit for producing online designs and visualizations.

6. Performing revisions and modifications on visuals and models based on the inputs from the Client.

7. Reviewing and verifying visuals, online designs and 3D models to ensure accuracy in depiction.

8. Adhering to existing systems, standards and processes of 3D modelling and visualization.

9. Maintaining and updating the online library with records of all images, visualizations and online designs developed as a part of various projects at EO.

10. Keeping up to date with the latest technology to maximise performance.

11. Ensuring compliance to all policies, procedures and EO guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work in architectural visualization and design.

Proficiency in 3D rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Rhino, Blender, or similar.

Solid understanding of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and how to work with architectural drawings.

Expertise in photo-editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

Knowledge of rendering engines, such as V-Ray, Corona, or Twinmotion.

Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings and transform them into visually compelling 3D representations.

Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of the latest trends in 3D visualization, rendering, and virtual reality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with interactive or VR-based visualizations.
