We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team and help bring our designs to life.
As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations that accurately represent our interior fitout projects. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to create visual representations that align with project specifications and our brand standards.
Develop high quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and animations for various fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, and retail spaces.- Develop detailed textures, lighting, and shading to enhance the realism of the visualizations.
Translate conceptual design ideas into compelling visual presentations, including mood boards, sketches and 3D renders.
- Explore new visualization techniques, including virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR).
Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.- Maintain and organize a library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
Ensure all visuals are completed within the project timelines and meet the companys quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations, proposals, and other visual communication materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Education:
Bachelors degree in interior design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization, within the interior design and fit-out industry.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, V-ray, Corona, Blender etc
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production work.- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, including space planning, color theory and materials.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D visualization work is required.
Creativity:
Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing and realistic renderings.Attention to Detail:
Strong eye for detail, color, lighting, and composition.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D modeling and rendering.
Time Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
