Job Purpose & Responsibilities
The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is a prestigious higher education institution located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. AURAK is known for its commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
The Marketing and Student Recruitment Executive is a key member of the Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC). This position supports the marketing and student recruitment office in executing effective marketing and student recruitment plans, social media, and marketing campaigns through proper coordination with the office and other departments of the university. The position involves developing, managing, and recruiting students from the Russian and CIS communities both domestically and internationally. Additionally, it includes recruiting students from the UAE and GCC regions to facilitate growth in university enrollment.
The post holder will also have the responsibility of fostering robust relationships between AURAK and high schools to enhance student recruitment through collaborative partnerships. Additionally, the role mandates delivering exceptional customer service within a multicultural setting.
Minimum Qualification and Education
Essential: Bachelor's degree required
Desirable: Master's degree

Work Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in university student recruitment and marketing or a combination of experiences in similar recruitment settings.
- A minimum of 2 years of university experience recruiting/matriculating national, regional, and international students and sound knowledge of higher education and admissions
- Experience utilizing lead management technology for student recruitment and admissions through conversions and lead scoring.
- Experience in developing and managing global student recruitment agents.
- Working knowledge of higher education student recruitment best practices, including enrollment trends, data analytics, and digital/traditional recruitment practices.
Language Proficiency Required
Fluent in English and Russian (Written and spoken)
