Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an A/C Supervisor located in Hurghada. The A/C Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems in the hotel properties. Daily tasks include monitoring A/C equipment, coordinating with technicians, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and air quality control
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose A/C issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certification in HVAC technology or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
