We are looking for an experienced ABA Therapist
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of students at all times.
- Implement ABA to teach developmentally appropriate functional skills based on the treatment plan developed by BCBA.
Work with individual students or small groups within the school environment.- Responsible for regular upkeep of materials, and student documentation.
professionally interact with parents and others.
- Assist learners with health and hygiene practices.
Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in-service training.- Receive passing scores on ongoing competency evaluations.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
Compassionate, energetic, and dedicated to Persons of Determination.- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavior Sciences, Education, or equivalent field.
Certified RBT, IBT, or ABAT.
- Excellent English oral and written communication.
Organization and Professionalism.- Ability to lift 15kg/30 lbs. (to lift a child).
At least 2 years experience as an ABA Therapist in a clinic or school.
- 2 recent professional references.
Dubai Police Clearance Certificate.- Compensation and Benefits Package:
