Student registrations, document verification
- Manage the academic calendar, course schedules, examination timetables, coordinating with faculty, classroom allocations,
- Coordinating academic support services, including advising, tutoring, and career counseling. Coordinating resolving the student inquiries and concerns related to academic operations.
- Assistance with course materials, grading, and academic reporting.
- Maintaining records of academic activities, including enrollment, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Bachelor's degree in education administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 60% marks and consistently good academic record
- At least 5 years of experience in an academic institute on managing academic operations
- Experience in academic administration
- Resident of UAE, should be able to join immediately
- Proficiency in educational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of educational policies, accreditation processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
