Job Summary
We are looking for an Access Control Management Officer to manage user access for various banking applications, ensuring secure and efficient system use across multiple platforms. The role involves managing access control and ticketing platforms, providing multi-system support, and solving access-related issues in a diverse, multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain user access to banking applications according to business needs.
- Administer ticketing platforms such as Remedy, Salesforce, and BMC Helix to resolve access issues efficiently.
- Serve as the systems administrator, providing users with system access and guidance on various applications.
- Ensure seamless access management across different departments and overseas offices, accommodating varied workdays and hours.
Operating Environment & Working Relationships
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Injaz, Doha, MGS, and international offices to support seamless access control.
Problem-Solving
- Manage a multi-system environment, requiring in-depth knowledge of various banking applications to address and resolve user access issues.
- Adapt to multi-country operational sensitivities, including varied working days and hours.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1-4 years in a business environment within a technology-oriented bank.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ARCOS access management.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking applications, such as Core-Banking, IRIS, CRM, EDMS, GTS, PRIME, Select, BPM, Flex-cube Direct Banking, and SWIFT.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and planning abilities.
