Job Description

Job Title: Account Assistant cum Sales
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Job Overview: The Account Assistant cum Sales role is designed for a highly organized individual with a dual focus on supporting account management and driving sales initiatives. This position involves handling client accounts, processing transactions, and providing outstanding customer service, while also actively contributing to sales efforts and achieving targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management:
Assist in managing client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and addressing client inquiries.
  • Process orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
Prepare and maintain account-related documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
Resolve any account-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Sales Support:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve company sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Handle any post-sale issues or inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and account activities.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • 2 years minimum experience ( UAE )
