Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Responsible on daily accounting entries.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transaction.
- Maintains accounting records by making copies filing documents.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payment are accounted for and properly posted.- Verify discrepancies by and resolve client's billing issues.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Qualifications for Account Clerk
- Minimum diploma/degree with at least 2 years working experience is required.
Experience in full set of accounts (_required
_).- Know how to do balance sheet (_

_). Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Hand-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software(SAGE/UBS software will be an added advantage).
Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Language requirement : English and Bahasa Malaysia (write and speak).
