About The Role:
An Account Director will be responsible for managing and expanding our client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships while providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of account plans. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of our industry and the ability to drive results.
Job Description
- Lead the agency-client relationship, providing strategic direction to ensure the achievement of client goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including senior executives and key stakeholders
- Establish rapport with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through digital initiatives and ensure continuous collaboration
- Develop effective digital marketing strategies tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client
- Collaborate with planning and creative teams to ensure the development and execution of digital strategies align with the clients vision and goals
- Ensure that all tactical plans are aligned with the overall strategy and objectives set by the client
- Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Utilize robust project management processes and tools to instill discipline, set clear expectations, and prioritize key deliverables
- Effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success and optimal financial performance
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for optimization
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and account status updates to clients and senior management, ensuring transparency and proactive communication
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client portfolio
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing and e-commerce trends, with a particular focus on those relevant to the Saudi market
- Responsible of making sure all customers are being served according to the company's policy
- Responsible of covering any absence or shortage in his team
- Responsible of achieving his unit monthly clients retention target and revenue target
- Onboard, train and qualify new account manager and making sure they are 100% aware of the company technical know how and process and procedures
- Follow all orders required by line manager
Requirements
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any relevant field
- 3 - 5 Years of experience as An Account Director
- +5 years of experience in Account Managements
- +3 years of experience in Business Development
- +3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agencies Experience is a Must
- KSA Clients Experience is Preferred
- Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (Notion, HubSpot, etc...)
- Experience in managing Ecommerce Accounts/Projects specific to the Saudi market
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate client needs and challenges
- Work Experience in team leading is a MUST
- Capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong networking skills and a desire to stay ahead in the fast-paced world of digital marketing
- Solid experience with SEO and performance Skills is preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- The ability to translate complex business concepts into easy-to-understand strategies and tasks
- Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
