Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1- Prepare Proposals:

  • Develop tailored proposals that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal preparation.
  • Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns.

2- Client Follow-Up:

  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
  • Maintain regular communication to keep clients informed about project updates and company offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs.

3- Account Management:

  • Manage assigned client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management or sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using pipelines and database
