Job Description

We're looking for someone who understands Veeam inside and out, including its pricing, market presence, and weaknesses. Kuwait has a highly competitive landscape with numerous Veeam service partners, making it crucial for the successful candidate to leverage their knowledge and experience to stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to target new customers within the IT and cybersecurity sectors, specifically focusing on data management, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Competitive Advantage: Use your in-depth knowledge of Veeam to position alternative solutions effectively in competitive situations
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand services offered
  • Lead the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, with a focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to deal closure
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead price negotiations and manage contract discussions to ensure deals are structured advantageously
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to better serve your clients

Requirements


  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in IT sales, specifically with data management, cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery solutions
  • Veeam Expertise: Deep understanding of Veeam's product offerings, pricing models, competitive weaknesses, and market positioning
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
