Job Description:
As an an Account Executive - Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and closing new business opportunities within the small business segment (1-25 employees). Utilizing your strong consultative selling skills, you will manage a blend of primarily passive leads while also engaging with inbound leads to build your sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Position the value of Pipeline Gurus software solutions, aligning with the customer journey for small-sized businesses
- Conduct 1-3 discovery calls daily to identify client pain points, challenges, and opportunities, providing tailored value propositions
- Perform 1-3 product demonstrations per day, showcasing how our solutions can meet the needs of prospective customers
- Drive the sales cycle, which typically lasts about 30 days, educating and guiding prospects on how our solutions can contribute to their immediate success and long-term scalability
- Manage a pipeline composed mainly of outbound prospects (approximately 80%), supplemented by qualifying inbound leads
- Analyze and understand prospects business goals to assess whether our solutions represent a strategic investment for their growth
- Achieve or exceed quota levels by closing net new business
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies as new product enhancements or solutions are developed
- Contribute innovative ideas to support our company's values, culture, and vision for the future
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in managing self-sourced, outbound leads
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in closing primarily new business, with a preference for those with SaaS industry experience
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving sales success and are driven to excel in a sales career
- Exhibit exceptional consultative selling and closing abilities
- Are recognized as Top Producers in their current role
- Maintain a positive attitude, taking responsibility for both successes and failures
- Are goal-oriented, with a clear focus on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
- Proactively identify skill gaps and seek opportunities for personal development
