We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Account Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our expansion.
Job Description:
As an an Account Executive - Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and closing new business opportunities within the small business segment (1-25 employees). Utilizing your strong consultative selling skills, you will manage a blend of primarily passive leads while also engaging with inbound leads to build your sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Position the value of Pipeline Gurus software solutions, aligning with the customer journey for small-sized businesses.
Conduct 1-3 discovery calls daily to identify client pain points, challenges, and opportunities, providing tailored value propositions.
Perform 1-3 product demonstrations per day, showcasing how our solutions can meet the needs of prospective customers.
Drive the sales cycle, which typically lasts about 30 days, educating and guiding prospects on how our solutions can contribute to their immediate success and long-term scalability.
Manage a pipeline composed mainly of outbound prospects (approximately 80%), supplemented by qualifying inbound leads.
Analyze and understand prospects business goals to assess whether our solutions represent a strategic investment for their growth.
Achieve or exceed quota levels by closing net new business.
Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies as new product enhancements or solutions are developed.
Contribute innovative ideas to support our company s values, culture, and vision for the future.

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

Have at least 1 year of experience in managing self-sourced, outbound leads.
Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in closing primarily new business, with a preference for those with SaaS industry experience.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving sales success and are driven to excel in a sales career.
Exhibit exceptional consultative selling and closing abilities.
Are recognized as Top Producers in their current role.
Maintain a positive attitude, taking responsibility for both successes and failures.
Are goal-oriented, with a clear focus on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
