As an Account Executive at ZenHR, you will be responsible for acquiring new businesses in the SME sector through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients, meeting and pitching products to closing deals and providing post-sales customer service.

The Job - Account Executive
What you'll be doing:
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals.
Discover new sales opportunities through networking and creating long-term partnerships.
Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
Manage industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
Engage with customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning, through deal development to the close of business.
Remain in frequent contact with clients to better understand their needs.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales.
Design detailed business plans for attaining goals and quotas.
Present products and solutions to prospective clients.
Who you are:
Bachelors in business administration, marketing, or any related field is required
Proven 1-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service roles
Excellent Arabic and English language skills
