What You'll Do:

Lead and develop high-performing sales teams

Drive strategic account management initiatives

Oversee end-to-end bid management processes

Develop and execute sales strategies

Build lasting relationships with key clients

Manage revenue growth and business development

What You'll Need:

9+ years of experience in Sales & Account Management

Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Master's preferred)

Must be a Saudi National

Proven track record in managing key accounts and teams

Government sector relationships (added advantage)

Fluent in English and Arabic

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
