We're expanding our team! Looking for an Account Manager to join Advertema for a full-time team member in Mansoura.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating a portfolio of each client and monitoring their ongoing activities.
- Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client's projects.
- Conducting meetings with the clients and informing them about their projects current work status.
- Set healthy relationships with clients, define who's at risk, and deal with them.
- Overseeing the operation through the team and all the processes.
- Brainstorm with the team to plan for each project and give recommendations according to the client's point of view.
- Suggest plans/solutions/strategies for the client regularly.
- Sending work orders and following up the workflow between the team members.
- Follow up on each project milestone according to the process.
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Can handle local and international clients.
- Experience in advertising and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Hard worker who can handle stress.
- Team player.
