Handle inquiries and requests from the clients and address their needs.
Generate progress reports for clients and management.
Responsible for the accrual collection, renewal, and upselling.
Communicate with the clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Build excellent relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
Responsible for onboarding new clients and developing existing client relationships.
Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree.
1 - 3 years of experience as an Account Manager.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
