Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join their team and oversee the strategic management of luxury real estate accounts. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and in alignment with the clients vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for luxury real estate developers, property investors, and other stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of clients needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional client service, anticipating challenges and delivering creative, high-quality solutions.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of branding and marketing campaigns for luxury real estate projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, media, production) to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high standards and on-time delivery.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored brand strategies, positioning, and marketing plans for luxury developments.
- Offer expert guidance on branding, design, digital marketing, and PR strategies specific to the luxury real estate sector.
- Ensure all deliverables are consistent with the client's brand identity and high-level luxury expectations.
- New Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within the luxury real estate sector and assist in pitching and securing new clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure the agency remains a market leader in luxury real estate branding.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client projects.
- Maintain strong internal relationships to foster collaboration and deliver outstanding work.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates and reporting to clients on campaign progress, results, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies and improve future outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in account management or client servicing, ideally within a luxury branding, marketing, or real estate agency.
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market in Dubai, including trends, buyer behaviors, and industry dynamics.
- Proven experience managing high-profile accounts and delivering complex projects within tight timelines.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successfully delivering high-value, multifaceted campaigns.
