We are seeking a dynamic and
driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager Third-Party Operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships
with our third-party partners and ensuring smooth operations and effective
collaboration. You will play a vital role in optimizing processes, resolving
issues, and maximizing the performance of our third-party accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of
contact for our third-party partners, building and maintaining strong
relationships.
Understand the specific needs
and objectives of each partner and proactively address their concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams
to align strategies, resources, and goals with the partners expectations.
2- Operational Excellence:
Monitor and manage the
operational performance of third-party accounts, ensuring compliance with
service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
Identify opportunities for
process improvement and efficiency enhancement, implementing best practices to
streamline operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional
teams to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
3- Performance Analysis and
Reporting:
Track and analyze key
performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders and
third-party partners.
Identify trends, patterns, and
areas of improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance operational
effectiveness.
Collaborate with partners to
establish performance benchmarks and goals, striving to exceed expectations.
4- Communication and
Collaboration:
Facilitate effective
communication channels between internal teams and third-party partners,
ensuring seamless information exchange.
Conduct regular meetings,
training, and workshops to foster strong relationships and align on objectives.
Act as a liaison between the
partners and internal departments, effectively conveying requirements and
ensuring timely execution.
5- Relationship Development:
Identify opportunities to expand
and grow partnerships with existing third-party accounts.
Conduct regular business reviews
with partners, addressing challenges and exploring potential areas of
collaboration.
Stay updated on industry trends
and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to maintain a
competitive edge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with 7 years work
experience
Proven experience in account
management or operations management, preferably within a third-party or vendor
management environment.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at
various levels.
Excellent problem-solving and
analytical abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach
Ability to work collaboratively
across teams and departments to achieve common goals.
Proficient in using productivity
tools and software applications for data analysis and reporting.
