Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and manage client accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of strategic planning, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing project timelines, and leading a team to deliver top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client objectives and deliverables.

- Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

- Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.

- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.

- Handle any issues or challenges that arise, providing solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in account management or a related field.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Fluent in English.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Proven ability in strategic planning and problem-solving.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Previous experience in production is a plus.
