Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Joe-D International in Qesm Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, including building and maintaining relationships, overseeing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the construction industry and project management processes
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
