Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and selling physical infrastructure solutions to a marketplace of over 50,000 potential customers in Saudi Arabia alone. You are a self-starter who enjoys strategic outreach and sales tactics to grow and expand your customer base

What You'll Do

  • Identifying and reaching out to delinquent customers through phone and email to recover outstanding debts amicably
  • Negotiating payment plans or settlement agreement with customers will maintaining a respectful and professional approach
  • Regularly monitoring overdue accounts and updating payment information in our system
  • Collaborating closely with the financial department to handle cases requiring specific action
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns effectively
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all internations and transactions related to debt recovering

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in debt recovering or a related position
  • Fluent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to negotiate with tact and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of debt recovery laws and regulations
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as: Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, Slack etc.
