Account Manager KSA National (Healthcare software solutions)

A leading software consulting entity who primarily focus on healthcare solutions delivery seeks to hire an account manager, KSA national for Riyadh location. With a view to further expand the business within the Saudi market, potential incumbents are expected to champion excellent business delivery in cloud CRM, clinical management and business intelligence solutions. Healthcare consulting/industry experience will be an added advantage.

Salary up to SAR 25K + benefits - Negotiable

Scope:

  • Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer awareness and interest in our products.
  • Finding opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth.
  • Research and analyze the target accounts in territory and establish first contact to the stakeholders.
  • Inbound and Outbound initiatives to generate pipeline. Forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide insightful reporting to management and the region operated within.

Requirements:

  • Saudi national applications will be given priority
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  • Skilled in communication with excellent phone etiquette Conducting heavy outbound phone calls.
  • Well organized, detail oriented with decent follow up.
  • Proven experience in Sales/Presales function.
  • Proven ability to engage at Executive level.
  • Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators
  • Team player with personal drive and determination to succeed.
  • Experience with CRM System.
  • Result oriented.
  • Show a deep understanding of the product to clearly explain the benefits of the software and services offered by the company to potential customers.
  • Initiative and proactive approach. Strong customer service orientation.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.

Academics and industry requisites

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or IT or others.
  • Healthcare Industry experience.
