We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager who will be the main point of contact and responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and overseeing social media campaigns. Use of AI tools to enhance your productivity and effectiveness with content creation, scheduling, analytics, audience engagement, and campaign management. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their objectives, coordinating with internal teams, and utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to drive successful outcomes. Strong communication skills, digital marketing expertise, and a creative approach to social media are essential for success in this role. Agency experience within UAE is a strong preference.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients accounts, their business, objectives, and challenges.
- Formulates, executes and supervises the account strategy in alignment with client's overarching goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget, encompassing paid campaigns and partnerships across client channels.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
- Works with creative teams to ensure client's brand look, feel and voice guidelines are adhered to.
- Supports end-to-end creative development process for all social efforts from conception to production to final approvals/go live
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as content creators, Performance Specialists, SEO experts, designers, and developers, create and curate engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Share industry insights and recommendations with clients to enhance their strategies.
- Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources to different digital marketing channels.
- Maintain clear communication and alignment between client goals and team efforts to ensure timely escalations so that deliverable/timelines are not missed.
- Translates client-approved ideas into briefs for creative teams that are clear and concise and keep the business objective as the central focus.
- Move and schedule tasks based on client priorities and real time deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE agency experience.
- Preferably able to join immediately from the offer acceptance date.
- Strong written and verbal bilingual communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
