Job Description
1.Maintain Existing Relationships: Regularly communicate with current clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Build New Relationships: Identify and reach out to potential clients to expand the customer base.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth
- Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients about new products, special offers, and promotions to drive sales.
3. Order Management
- Processing Orders: Ensure accurate and timely processing of client orders.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with the inventory team to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
4. Customer Service
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Solid experience MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
