Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at PrimeX Capital in Dubai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing excellent customer service. They will also monitor market trends, create reports, and work closely with the sales team to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading principles, and investment products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Experience using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMT) is a plus
