Strong understanding of smart city technology and its applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with the technology and AI market trends and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of tech-driven solutions. Ability to coordinate with internal tech teams and understand the technical aspects of products and services being offered.
