Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service
  • be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  • perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • support client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and with administrative legal and compliance related tasks and duties
  • mitigate risks and raise red flags and concerns

Skills:

  • wealth management experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry ideally with exposure to the Levant market
  • banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications, combined ideally with knowledge of DIFC regulations
  • effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  • interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • excellent skills in English, French and Arabic
