manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service
be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
support client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and with administrative legal and compliance related tasks and duties
mitigate risks and raise red flags and concerns
Skills:
wealth management experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry ideally with exposure to the Levant market
banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications, combined ideally with knowledge of DIFC regulations
effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
