Job Description

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IBM, Automation Anywhere, RPA, AI, and Automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Account Growth and Expansion:

Contract Management and Renewals: Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring adherence to terms, timelines, and compliance requirements. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance contract value and profitability through the introduction of new services, upgrades, or modifications. Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations for contract renewals and expansions.
