Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager in Riyadh, Jeddah, and AL Khobar. Ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with restaurant partners, managing a portfolio of restaurants, and ensuring sales performance. They will focus on menu quality, pricing strategies, promotional deals, and operational support. They will also help partners adopt digital solutions for operational efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Ensure menu quality index, price parity, vendor funded deals, and drive affordability
  • Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts through offer
  • renegotiating, preferred partnerships, and upselling to new profitability levers
  • Own full performance of your portfolio, from sales performance to in-store operations, to
  • marketing and growth strategies, and providing every-day support
  • Maintain a regular cadence of in-person meetings with all your partners in your assigned portfolio.
  • Provide excellent and proactive reporting to partners on performance.
  • Negotiate and acquire restaurants on different ads products to help boost their growth.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and month targets are on track and with your team lead to ensure constant portfolio growth.
  • Maintain granular reporting on your portfolio's performance.
  • Upselling new services to our existing restaurants such as logistics as a service, tPro, and various loyalty programs
  • Automate and digitalize vendor experience by pushing for vendor portal adoption, self-service and self-booking through talabat vendor dashboard.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, or dealing with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
