Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.- Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting.
Manage payroll processing and related compliance activities.
- Handle VAT submissions and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
Collaborate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules as needed.- Utilize QuickBooks software for day-to-day accounting operations and reporting.
Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and projects.
- Assist in procurement and vendor management activities as related to financial transactions.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
