Accountant - Arabic Speaker

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing accurate financial reports. The Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting decision-making processes.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping - Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  
  - Maintain and update general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations.
  

• Transaction Processing - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  
  - Manage payroll processing and related functions.
  

• Financial Reporting
  
  - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  
  - Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  
  v 4. Compliance and Auditing - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
  
  - Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  

• Data Analysis - Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  
  - Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  

• Process Improvement - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  
  - Assist in the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
  

• Communication - Collaborate with other departments to gather and review financial information.
  
  - Address and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  
• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar certification is a plus.

• 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry or organization

• Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Preferred Arabic Speakers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Required)
