Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements for real estate operations.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee the leasing process, including lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.- Coordinate with tenants and landlords to address lease-related issues and inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of all leasing transactions and agreements.
- Assist in managing property operations, including maintenance requests and vendor management.
Prepare and review property-related reports and documentation.- Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth operational processes.
Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and process documentation related to real estate transactions and operations.
Maintain and update property databases and records.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate or property management preferred.
Strong understanding of leasing processes and real estate operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and office productivity tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
