Handle Cash In & out
Execute payment instruments (cheques-transfers- etc)
Upload bank statements on software system
Prepare bank reconciliation
Extract reports related to section
Makes sure that stores always organized & in good shape.
Ensures all material received is undamaged, the correct quantity and accompanied by correct release documentation.
Records the movements of inventories on the system.
Issues periodic inventory reports.
Responsible for managing the timely receipt of material/items at stores/stockyard, ensuring proper storage,
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1-4 years of experience in handling safe box in and out preferably within the manufacturing industry
Experience with warehousing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with import/export regulations and procedures is a plus
Experience in using ERP system is a plus
