About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Accountant to join our law firm in Dubai. Passion is a must. So is knowledge, and the below requirements. This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at HPL Yamalova & Plewka DMCC located in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
U.A.E. corporate experience in accounting for at least 3 years.
Experience with QuickBooks is a must.
Knowledgeable of the U.A.E. accounting framework and tax laws.
Familiar with the billing practices of law firms.
Excellent command of the English language.
Highly proficient in Excel, tables, diagrams, flow charts, etc.
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Great time management and efficiency.
Strong communication skills and drafting skills, especially with correspondence.
Quick learner.
Proactive.
Tech-savvy.
Strong team player, yet able to work independently.
Love for numbers and formulas.
Candidate must be based in the U.A.E.
Knowledge of UAE accounting regulations is a must.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
