Educational Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualified or pursuing.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant cum Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, internal auditing, and financial analysis, with hands-on article ship experience. The role also requires a valid UAE driving license to facilitate travel between company sites.
_Accounting Duties:
_
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
_Internal Audit Duties:
_
Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, financial integrity, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Develop and implement audit plans, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
Identify areas of potential risk and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for senior management.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Compliance and Taxation:_
Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT and other statutory requirements.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
_Financial Analysis:
_
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
_Other Duties:
_
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and tasks as assigned by management.
_Qualifications:
_
CA or ACCA qualification (completed or pursuing).
Minimum of 1 years of article ship experience in accounting and auditing.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
