Accountant

We're looking for a Junior Accountant with a diploma and around 2 years of experience to join our team! If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and are skilled in ERP systems (preferably Dynamics Finance module), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage accounting journal entries in the ERP system.
• Handle invoice issuance and vendor invoice entries.
• Monitor payables and receivables to ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors on invoice-related inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor data within the ERP.
• Record and track fixed assets in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics experience preferred).
