- Experience: At least two years of experience in the UAE (min 2 years).
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of accounting and tax laws applicable in the UAE.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.
- Salary: 2,500 to 3,500 AED depending on the interview result.
Additional Skills:
Ability to work accurately within a team and proficiency in accounting software.
1- Oversee the financial accounting and reporting activities for ZAS Exhibitions Organizing, ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
2- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections, to maintain accurate financial records.
3- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies or issues.
4- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
5- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, collaborating with management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
6- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
7- Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
8- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting policies and guidelines.
9- Support management decision-making by providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations based on sound financial principles and data.
10- Stay abreast of changes in UAE accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary updates or changes as required.

3- Thorough understanding of UAE accounting standards and regulations.
