Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 4-5 years of experience in accounting and related fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily general ledger activities, cash flow management, and regulatory declarations. The role reports directly to the Finance Manager based in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily general ledger (GL) activities.
• Handle daily cash flow and payment processing.
• Prepare and submit required declarations in compliance with local and freezone regulations.
• Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and provide expertise on relevant tax matters.
• Collaborate effectively in a start-up environment, demonstrating adaptability to the dynamics of a growing company.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
• Prior experience working in the UAE is essential.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and report to the Finance Manager remotely.
• Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
• Proficient in handling freezone and local regulatory requirements.
