An Equipment firm, a leading investment firm, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements
Manage the overall accounting function, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate and liaise with auditors to facilitate annual audits and resolve any audit findings.
Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations.
Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in accounting software and other relevant computer applications.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management or a similar role.
Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
