JobDescription :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee their financial operations and ensure the efficient management of our company's finances. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience in accounting and financial management.

Responsibilities:

Manageaspectsofthecompany'sfinancialoperations,includingaccounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Overseethepreparationoffinancialstatements,budgets,forecasts,and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to support the company's growth objectives.
Leadandmentorateamofaccountingprofessionals,providingguidance,training, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
Analyzefinancialdataandproviderecommendationstooptimizeoperational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.

Qualification/ Requirement:

Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orrelatedfield.
Provenexperience(5+years)inasimilarrole,preferablyintheTradingsector.
Strongknowledgeofaccountingprinciples,financialanalysis,andreportingstandards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-orientedwithafocusonaccuracyandtimelinessinfinancialreporting and analysis.
Abilitytoworkeffectivelyunderpressure,prioritizetasks,andmeettightdeadlines.
Demonstratedabilitytoleadanddevelopahigh-performingteam.
ExperiencewithMicrosoftBusinessCentralisamust.
