Job duties and responsibilities- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, forecasts, reforecasts, and variance analysis.
Responsible for the preparation and compilation of monthly financial statements and financial forecasts, including reporting variances in a timely manner.- Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts and actuals.
Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general ledger accounts.
- Management Information Systems (MIS) Reports: Generate and analyze MIS reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.- Liaise with internal and external auditors to manage annual and interim audit processes.
Manage the financial planning process, including annual budgets and long-term financial projections.
- Liaise with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Responsible for the preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
- Job qualifications/requirements
At least 7 years of experience in building contracting companies as a manager in UAE.- Masters in Finance, Accounting (CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
Proficiency in (QuickBooks and Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
