Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Acid Etching Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining acid etching equipment used in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
Operate acid etching machines to etch patterns, designs, or markings on various materials.
- Prepare materials and solutions according to specifications.
Monitor the etching process to ensure precision and quality.- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and handle chemicals safely.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
Maintain detailed records of production and machine performance.- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Proven experience as an Acid Etching Machine Operator or similar role.- Knowledge of acid etching processes and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Understanding of safety procedures and handling of hazardous materials.- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training or certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
