One of our partners is seeking a dynamic Acquisition Specialist who can propel growth by spearheading strategic sales and lead management initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong connections with both commercial and residential clients, utilizing your deep knowledge of Real Estate Lead Generation and the art of Cold Calling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, with a focus on commercial clients while strategically approaching residential leads
- Engage with potential clients, tailor moving services to meet their specific needs, and convert leads into lasting business relationships
- Hunt for new business opportunities, particularly in securing commercial moving contracts, while tapping into the residential market
- Accurately record client interactions, updates, and transaction details in CRM systems
- Utilize Excel and Google tools to organize lead information, analyze sales trends, and prepare reports contributing to strategic decision-making
Key Performance Indicators:
- Success in acquiring new commercial and residential contracts, leading to overall sales growth
- Efficiency in lead management and conversion rates, demonstrating the ability to turn prospects into loyal clients

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales and client acquisition, preferably within the moving or logistics industry, emphasizing commercial clients
- Proven track record of effective lead management and successful conversion strategies
- High proficiency in data management, with expert-level skills in Excel and familiarity with Google Suite tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
