Hoperty, a leading Real Estate Wholesaling company, is excited to announce we are expanding and looking for motivated Acquisition Representatives and Closers to join our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
+3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success as a Closer.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in using CRM system to manage customer lifecycle.
Must have a history of meeting company KPIs and can execute each month.
Experience working as a Lead Manager is a plus.
Role Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
