Job Qualifications:- At least 3 years experience as Acrylic Fabricator.
Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Signage, Printing, Interior Fitout, Joinery.- Excellent eyesight and color vision.
Skills in cutting, bending and shaping acrylic sheets.
- Knowledge of materials, tools and equipment.
Ability to interpret drawings and follow instructions.- A keen eye for detail and results driven approach.
Good communication abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
- Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
Marking cutting lines on material.- Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and glued.
Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
- Maintaining a production schedule.
Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
Should have previous experience in using cutting and bending tools, bonding adhesive seams between panels, sanding, and polishing of high-quality plastic products and be able to make the finished product as per drawing.- Ability to use power equipment and tools efficiently (saws, routers, sanders, air tools, tape measure, drill press, and other standard shop equipment).

3D letter making: 2 years- At least 3 years experience on similar role
